Terms of Service
Last updated June 5, 2026
Agreement overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Classic Pressure Washing & Window Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us"), a Florida limited liability company based in Orange City, FL. By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or allowing us to perform work on your property, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.
We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, and pool cage cleaning, across Volusia, Seminole, and Orange counties in Central Florida.
Estimates and pricing
All estimates are free and provided after an in-person property inspection. The price we quote is the price you pay. We do not add hidden fees, trip charges, or fuel surcharges.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date given. After 30 days, we may need to re-inspect the property if conditions have changed. If we discover additional work during the job that was not visible during the initial inspection (for example, heavy staining hidden behind furniture or vegetation), we will stop and discuss the change with you before proceeding. We will never charge more than the quoted price without your approval.
Scheduling and access
We schedule jobs during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We will confirm your appointment date in advance.
You are responsible for providing access to the areas being cleaned. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles from driveways, removing personal items from surfaces being washed, and securing pets during the service. If we arrive and cannot access the work area, we will contact you. If we cannot reach you and cannot begin the job, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
You do not need to be home during the service as long as we have access to water and the work areas. Many of our customers provide gate codes or leave instructions for access.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Contact us by phone at (407) 587-6335 or email at info@classicpressurewashing.com.
If we need to reschedule due to weather or equipment issues, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available date. We do not charge for weather-related rescheduling.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts and recurring service agreements, we may offer invoicing with net-15 or net-30 terms at our discretion.
We do not require deposits for residential work. For commercial projects exceeding $1,000, we may request a deposit of up to 50% before scheduling.
Satisfaction and warranty
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, let us know within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Some stains, including deep-set rust, paint overspray, and long-term oil penetration, may not fully remove even with professional treatment. We will identify these situations during the estimate and set expectations before we start.
Organic regrowth (algae, mold, mildew) is a natural process in Florida's climate and is not covered under our satisfaction policy. The rate of regrowth depends on shade, moisture, and environmental factors outside our control.
Property and liability
We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
We take precautions to protect your property, landscaping, and surrounding surfaces during every job. If we cause damage directly attributable to our work, we will repair or compensate for the damage.
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: loose or damaged window screens, cracked or spalling concrete, deteriorated caulking or grout, peeling paint on surfaces not maintained to manufacturer specifications, loose roof tiles, or damaged pool cage screens. If we notice pre-existing damage during our inspection, we will document and report it to you before beginning work.
Pressure washing involves water, cleaning solutions, and mechanical force. While we use industry-standard methods and adjust our approach for each surface type, some degree of wear is inherent in cleaning aged or poorly maintained surfaces. Surfaces that have not been cleaned in several years may show underlying discoloration once surface grime is removed.
Water and utilities
We use your property's exterior water supply (hose bib) to perform our work. You are responsible for any water usage costs. A typical residential cleaning job uses 200 to 600 gallons of water, which amounts to a few dollars on most municipal water bills.
If your property does not have an accessible exterior water connection, please let us know when scheduling so we can make arrangements.
Chemical use and environmental practices
We use contractor-grade cleaning solutions, primarily sodium hypochlorite (bleach) based surfactants for soft washing and roof cleaning. These solutions are biodegradable and break down into salt and water after application.
We pre-wet and post-rinse all landscaping and vegetation near treatment areas to minimize plant exposure. We follow EPA guidelines and local environmental regulations for wastewater management. We do not allow untreated runoff to enter storm drains when avoidable.
HOA and compliance documentation
We provide before-and-after photos and certificates of completion upon request. If your homeowners association requires specific documentation, insurance certificates, or contractor registration, let us know and we will supply what is needed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
